Big things are happening at The Preserve, and we’re thrilled to share the latest update—some of our roads are officially graveled! This major milestone means we’re one step closer to helping you build your dream home or Northwoods getaway in the heart of Hayward, Wisconsin. Road construction is underway on Phase 1 roads. Base gravel is being installed first, and finish gravel will be completed once underground utilities are installed.
