1) Choose a Ready-to-Build Plan – Purchase a lot and use Hill Construction’s professionally designed home plans directly or for inspiration.
The convenient “ready to go” plans below all feature clean, efficient design. Within the overall design, we offer you the flexibility to express your unique style by choosing nearly any style of doors, windows, fixtures, lighting, flooring, etc. that you would like.
2) Build A Custom Home – Purchase a lot and work with Hill Construction to create a fully custom home tailored to your needs. We offer completely custom design. Work with our in-house designer to design a home as unique as you, from scratch, and let us bring it to life.
3) Bring Your Own Builder – Purchase a lot and hire the builder of your choice to construct your dream home. You can also bring your own Architect and we will build from their plans.
No matter which design option you choose, we take care of everything. From the plan design until we hand you the keys to your new home, we handle it all!
